The Litter Intelligence Program
On Monday 17th May, Room 3 and Room 19 were fortunate to participate in the first day of a program called The Litter Intelligence Program.
We travelled with our guides, Ben and Adele, down to Pounawea Estuary to set up a litter monitoring survey.
Students were broken into two groups - one looking at collecting and analysing litter and one looking at intertidal monitoring.
Both groups had a great time and we look forward to continuing our partnership with both Sustainable Coastlines and Marine Metre Squared.
