Cricket - Otago Cricket's 'Junior Games Day' on Tuesday 29th - see attached photo for more details

Term 3 Hockey/Basketball is on Mondays at the Cross Rec Centre from Week 3 (10 August) until Week 10 (27 Sept)

There are four grades:

      Year 1/2 Hockey & Basketball

      Year 3/4 Hockey & Basketball

      Year 5/6 Hockey Only

      Year 7/8 Hockey Only

Year 1/2 will be from 4 pm - 4.45 on Court 2. One week they will participate in basic hockey skills and games, and the other week they will participate in basic basketball skills and games (4 weeks hockey, 4 weeks basketball)

Year 3/4 will enter as teams and be given a weekly draw. For their 30min slot, they will get 15min skills and then 15min of a game against another school. Times will vary between 4 - 6 pm. This will alternate between hockey and basketball (4 weeks hockey, 4 weeks basketball)

Year 5/6 and Year 7/8 grades will play 8 rounds of hockey only. Games will be between 4 - 6 pm.

Cost is $20 per player to cover court costs and equipment replacement

Players will need a hockey stick, mouthguard and shin pads. Year 1/2 players will have sticks supplied. Each team will need someone to go on the court with them to referee. With Year 3/4 grades, assistance is required with both hockey and basketball skills and games

4th July  - Year 5-6 Netball Tournament 

6th July - Year 7-8 Netball Tournament 

18th July  - South Otago Cross Country for selected Year 3-8 students 

8th August - Tony Tourell Golf Tournament for Year 7-8 

15th August - Get 2 Go Challenge in Dunedin for Year 9-10 students

Touch grading games will commence in the last two weeks of Term 3
