This term in Art, across the different classes we are looking at the theme of dinosaurs. Photos here show some of the Year 7 sculptures in progress. Students have chosen to either create a sculpture of a real dinosaur, or to make an Inventosaurus. We have started with recycled materials such as old boxes and plastic containers, joined them together with masking tape, some have added wrapping and then papier-mâché. Next we will be painting them and adding in the finishing touches. Watch this space as creations start to come to life later in the term!
