Rains and reigns; A recap of Pet Day 2023.

Pet Day was showering more than talent on the day.

In the end, the rain did nothing to dampen the spirits at our annual TCAS Pet Day on Friday 17 November. With its blend of crafted animals, spring baking, inspiring scenic trays, large and small pets, expert judges, sausage sizzle and ice blocks, we had a successful day reinforcing our relationship with our rural community.

Thank you to our wonderful judges and businesses who supported the day;

Anneke - Clutha Vets, Anna - Clutha Vets, Suzanne - Vet South, Anabel - FMG, Nancy - Owaka 4 Square, Jim Berney, Cameron Clarke, Suzie Corboy, Denise McGill, Glen Campbell- Ravensdown, Roger Sellars, Grant Bradfield, Glenda Landreth, Gordon Thompson, Jema Wall - Ravensdown, Wilma Sharp, Steph Brunton- Catlins Information Centre, Tiffany Jenks - Clutha Council, Teale - Clutha Council, Andi Clarke, Jenny O’Connell.

Thank you to the families who supported Pet Day by baking some fabulous cakes for our raffle, thanks to our ākonga who helped run the event, and thank you to everyone who took part to make this day a success. A heartfelt thank you to Alyssa McDougall, who once again took her organisational skills to the next level and delivered an event that was outstanding.
