Our Year 10 and 11 students visited the Careers Expo in Dunedin this week accompanied by Kath Watkins. The visit was organised by Kyle Rate in Year 11 as part of his ongoing project work. He is the first student in the class to bring an independent project to fruition.
Along with the Careers Expo, the class also had the opportunity to visit Moana Pools and have lunch. Kyle completed all the planning, costing and risk assessments independently. Congratulations Kyle, I’m sure your class enjoyed the day and learned an enormous amount about the future careers available to them.
