Students at The Catlins Area School are able to experience a variety of sports. Our students compete annually in the Southern Area Schools 3 day Tournament. From this tournament students may be selected to compete in the annual National Area Schools Tournament.

Sports available for our students to play are netball, rugby, hockey, athletics, badminton, swimming and cricket.

The Catlins Area School has many links with community sports organizations and is well supported by parents and coahes.
